Friday Night Funkin'

Friday Night Funkin' is a music and rhythm game made up of 8 chapters (recent addition of Week End 1) in which you will have to participate in battles against your girlfriend's father who is a seasoned musician. To win the heart of your sweetheart and get his father's agreement you will have to beat him in rhythm competitions and prove that you are a better singer than him. Press the arrows at the right time to produce the right sound and keep the rhythm throughout the songs and miss as few notes as possible. Friday Night Funkin' features a story mode in which you will have to win rap battles against many different opponents over the course of 8 weeks. Sing against Daddy Dearest, Skid and Pump, Pico and many more and try to beat them all without losing the beat! The story mode offers three levels of difficulty, the hard mode is extremely difficult and will require perfect coordination. To practice, you can play freeplay mode which will allow you to work on each song individually.

FNF was originally released on October 5, 2020 and was created on the occasion of the Ludum Dare 47 game jam, the game development competition hosted by Newgrounds. Originally offering a tutorial, 2 weeks and 6 songs, the rhythm game in which we play as boyfriend was a huge success and its content has been expanded with 8 weeks, 25 songs and many characters. Its open-source access also allowed the creation of many mods developed by the community, which contributed to enrich even more the universe of the musical battle game.

Friday Night Funkin' Week end 1: Exceptional event with the release of FNF Week End 1 which offers a continuation of the story of Friday Night Funkin'! This 8th week will be the occasion for an eventful reunion between Darnell, Nene and Pico. After a masterful cutscene where you can witness a chase between Nene and Pico, you will be able to participate in 3 new epic rap battles! A new "Night" difficulty has also been added in the Freeplay menu, this will give you access to 12 remixed songs which will offer an even more difficult challenge.

Friday Night Funkin' 5.0.3: Pico Special
- You can now play with Pico by pressing [TAB] in the freeplay menu. You will then unlock access to a new menu with 11 new Pico special remixes!
- Added two new songs in Erect difficulty: Cocoa - Ugh
- Added Lit Up (BF Mix) song, unlocked after finishing Weekend 1 in story mode

Friday Night Funkin' Pitstop 2 update :
- Added 6 new songs: Lit Up (BF Mix) - Cocoa (Pico Mix) - Senpai (Pico Mix) - Roses (Pico Mix) - Stress (Pico Mix) - Darnell Erect
- Added new intros and special feature
- To access Darnell Erect song, select Pico using the [Tab] key in the freeplay menu, then go to "Random" song and choose Erect difficulty.
